6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. dry red wine
1 T. fresh rosemary, chopped
salt, pepper
1 1/2 lb. flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk garlic, olive oil, vinegar, wine, rosemary, salt and pepper together. Pour over steak and marinate 8 hours or overnight.
Remove steak from marinade and grill 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare. Remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice against grain 1/2 inch slices.
