4 fresh Salmon fillets
1/2 pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp dried dill weed
1 tsp butter
2 cloves fresh garlic chopped
2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse Fish and dry pat with paper tower
Coat Salmon fillets with Olive oil
Grill to desired tenderness. We like med rare.
while fish is grilling heat medium sauce pan and add garlic, butter and cream cheese and dill.
cook on low. stir with wisk till creamy. Hold on low.
Serve salmon smothered with sauce.

if you like more garlic you can add to fish prior to grilling.
From Sandi: Kelly made this when I visited her and the salmon with the dill sauce was so good. I made it when I got home too. You have to try this if you like Salmon.
