5 large sweet potatoes
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/3-cup milk
Topping
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
½ cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Peel sweet potatoes and boil until cooked. Drain & mash.
Add brown sugar, ½ cup butter, eggs, vanilla and milk.
Combine well and spoon into buttered 13x9 baking dish.
Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake @ 350* for 25 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
