2 small pkg. vanilla tapioca pudding mix (not instant)
3 c. liquid (hot tap water and juice from the mandarin oranges)
1 small pkg orange jello
1 small tub (8 oz.) whipped topping
1 can mandarin orange (reserve juice for liquid)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding powder and jello granules together in a medium saucepan. Drain and save the liquid from the oranges, Then add to water to make 3 full cups. Add liquid to the pudding and jello. Heat on medium-high to almost a boil, stirring often. Lower heat a little and continue cooking and stirring until thickened. Let it cool down to barely warm, then stir in whipped cream and oranges. Chill at least two hours.
