5 c. flour
1 lb. margarine
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. sour cream

Apricot filling:
6 oz. dried apricots
1 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. butter

Nut Filling:
2 lb. walnuts ground
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter melted
2 tbsp. whole milk

Dough:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until it looks like pie dough. Smooth
Divide into 4 pieces, cover and refrigerate over night.

Apricot filling:
In a small saucepan cook the apricots in water for 25 min. Puree. Then add the sugar & butter and blend. Let cool before filling the dough.

Nut filling:
Combine the nuts, sugar and melted butter in a bowl.
Add the milk until nuts become moist and paste like. You might need a little more milk.

For the Cookie:
1 dough ball at a time roll out in sprinkled sugar to 1/4 in. thickness and cut into about 3 in. squares.
Spoon 1 tsp. of either filling into center and roll like a crescent, tucking pointed end under on cookie sheet when baking. Or fold over opposite corners and pinch in center.

Bake at 350º for 15 min. or until lightly browned
