1 cup butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
Add 3/4 cup cream or milk
Add 6 cups flour
6 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp salt
Chill dough several hours
Fruit filling
1 lb. pitted prunes ,cut up
2 cups raisins
3 cups apples peeled and cut small
1 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbls. butter add last

Directions:
Directions:
Cook filling until fruit is soft . Add butter. Cool I put mine through food grinder.

Roll out dough, cut into 3 inch squares and cut slits from corner to center of each squares. Put small amount of filling in center of each square. Bring corner of dough to center to form a pinwheel and press lightly. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 325º for 10 to 12 minutes
