3 Tbls. margarine
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup green peppers
1 garlic clove
3 to 4 cups patotoes
1 cup diced carrots
2 cups chicken broth
11/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp dill used optional
1 - 15 oz. can salmon, deboned
1 - 15 oz. can cream style corn
1 - 15 oz. can evaporated milk or half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine, sauté celery, onions, green peppers and garlic. Add potatoes, carrots chicken broth, salt, pepper and dill is optional. Simmer 20 minutes. Then add deboned salmon, cream style corn and evaporated milk or half and half. Heat, serve and eat.
