Pork Loin Recipe

Pork Loin
2 clove garlic
1 Tbls dry mustard
2 Tbls Balsalmic vinegar
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp thyme
Combine all. Put on pork and marinate 24 hours.

1/4 cup
1 cup coke
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbls. Dijon mustard
3 Tbls. oil
2 Tbls Worchestershire sauce
1/3 cup ketchup
Baste pork loin as you cook.
325℉ 2 to 2 1/2 hours
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tbls corn starch
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 Tbls. Butter,
1/3 cup Balsamic vinegar
2/3 cup coke
salt and pepper
Simmer to thicken
Glaze pork when done and cooled for 10 minutes.

Marinade pork,
Bake as instructed then
