1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 large bell pepper
1 1/2 lb. chili or stew meat
1 - 16 oz. Rotel tomato
1 - 16 oz tomato sauce
8 oz. water
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbls. chili powder
1/4 tsp tabasco
1 tbls. barbecue sauce
1/2 tsp mustard
2 tsp. oregano
3 - 16 oz cans Kidney beans, drained

Brown meat, pepper and onion. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour.
