1/2 cup warm milk (70-80 degrees F)
1/4 cup softened butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
3/4 tsp. salt
2 cups bread flour
1-1/8 tsp. active dry yeast

Directions:
Directions:
In bread machine pan, put all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer (usually all liquids, then dry ingredients and yeast last).
Select dough setting.
When cycle is complete, turn dough onto a lightly floured surface.
Divide dough into 12 portions and shape into balls.
Place each ball into a lightly greased muffin pan or 9x13 baking pan.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30-45 minutes.**
Bake at 350º F for 13-16 minutes or until golden brown.

**You can put pan into a 150 degree oven for 15 minutes until doubled in size. Leave covered.
