1 pkg. skinless smoked sausage or turkey sausage, cut in 1-in pieces
2-3 cans of 16 oz. each green beans
8-10 peeled and quartered potatoes
enough water to just about cover the ingredients

Slaw:
1/2 head Cabbage, shredded
mayo or Miracle Whip
vinegar
sugar
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place the potatoes at the bottom of a large cooking pot.
Pour the greens beans on top of the potatoes.
Lay the sliced sausages on top of green beans.
Cover with enough water to just about cover the ingredients.
Cook on top of the stove on medium to med-high heat.
Low boil for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are done.

Slaw: Put cabbage in a bowl, sprinkle with about 2 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste, 1 Tbsp. vinegar and 2-3 Tbsp. of mayo
