1 - lb. box of rotini noodles
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped mushrooms
1 1/2 - 28oz. jar of Tomato with Basil Hunts/Prego sauce
1 pkg. of pepperoni slices
1 - 8 oz. of mozarella cheese (I use alittle more cheese)

Cook noodles as directed, drain and set aside. Brown the hambuger and drain.
Add onion and mushrooms to hamburger and saute. Mix hamburger, noodles, and sauce in a large bowl. Line a 9x13 baking dishe with slices of pepperoni. Add the hamburger mixture. Place a layer of pepperoni on top. Cover top with the mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil. (I put toothpicks in the casserole so the cheese won't stick to the foil) Bake 40 minutes at 350º

This recipe was given to me by my sister-in-law Carol (Miller) Hester. She passed away in 2013 and I miss her very much. She was a very good cook. I learned many things from her in the kitchen and outside the kitchen. I think of her often especially when I make this recipe.
