2 filets smoked haddock
1 to 2 onions, chopped
2 leeks, chopped
1 bayleaf
2 cups milk
3 cups mashed potatoes
1 1/2 cups cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place haddock filets in the bottom of a large pot. Add onion, leeks and bay leaf. Pour in milk. Simmer for about 25 minutes until the fish is poached and flakes easily. Add mashed potatoes and stir in cream and season with salt and pepper.
