1 1/2 c crushed pretzels
3/4 c butter
2 tbsp. sugar

1 1/2 lb strawberries sliced
2 c water (boiling)
1 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 6 oz package jello
1 8 oz cool whip
3/4 c sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º F. Grease a 13x9 baking pan with non-stick spray. In a medium bowl, combine: pretzels, sugar and melted butter and mix well. Add to baking dish and gently press into an even layer forming the crust. Bake crust for 8-10 minutes and set aside to cool.
In a large bowl mix together cream cheese, and sugar then gently fold in cool whip. Spread this over your cooled crust and refrigerate for one hour.
In a large bowl, combine your jello and boiling water, stir well until completely dissolved. Let cool to room temperature. Top your cream cheese layer with strawberry slices and pour jello over strawberries and cream cheese topping. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
