4 Chicken Breasts
Salt, Pepper, Garlic to taste
Large Head of Broccoli (cut into florets)
2 Cups Cooked White Rice
1 10oz. can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Mayo
1 TBLS Lemon Juice
2 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Ritz Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish
Cook, cool, and shred the chicken
Steam broccoli to tender crisp consistency
Mix remaining ingredients and fold in the chicken and broccoli. Put in greased pan and top with crushed Ritz crackers and more cheddar cheese. Bake 30 - 40 minutes.
