1 large egg 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 2 Tbs (5/8 oz) Flax seed 1 3/4 cup (5 7/8 oz) Almond Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Whisk together egg, salt, pepper, and flaxseed. Add the almond flour, stirring to make a cohesive dough.
Place dough onto a sheet of parchment. Pat out with your hands, top with another piece of parchment. Roll dough out 1/8 inch thick. It should be about 10 x 12 inches or larger.
Remove top paper, use a pizza cutter to cut 1 inch squares. Move cut crackers with parchment to baking sheet.
Bake for 14-16 minutes, until light golden brown. The crackers around the edges will tend to brown more quickly, so transfer those to cooling rack and return pan to oven to finish baking.
Cool crackers completely before transfering to airtight bag for room temp storage.
