2 cup flour 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp baking powder 2/3 cup unsalted butter, cut into cubes 3 eggs 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1 cup light corn syrup 2 Tbs unsalted butter, melted 2 tsp vanilla 1 3/4 cup chopped pecans, divided

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Line a 13x9 inch baking pan with foil, spray.
2. Whisk together flour, powdered sugar, salt and baking powder.
3. Drop butter into flour mix, with fingers, work until it resembles coarse crumbs and begins to stick together. Press evenly into pan. Bake 15 minutes until lightly browned. Remove and cool.
4. Whisk eggs in large bowl. Add sugar and brown sugar, beat well.
5. Whisk in corn syrup, beat in flavorings and melted butter.
6. Fold in 1 1/4 cup of nuts. Pour over crust, sprinkle with 1/2 cup pecans.
7. Bake 35-45 minutes or set. Remove and cool on rack. lift out bard and cool completely.
