2 - 3 whole chicken breasts, boneless
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. dry sherry
2 T. margarine
2 green onions with tops, finely chopped
2 - 3 t. curry powder
1 t. salt
dash pepper
1/4 t. ginger
water chestnuts, if desired
baby corn, if desired

Directions:

Cut chicken into small pieces, place in crock pot. Add all remaining ingredients except rice. Cover and cook on high up to 4 hours, or on low for 8 hours. Serve over hot rice.
