1 lb Elbow Macaroni
2 c Whole Milk
2 lg Eggs
8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese
8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
8 oz Velveeta Cheese
8 oz Mozzerella Cheese
Adobo or Seasoning Blend to taste
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions:

1. Put Macaroni to boil until al dente. Drain and set aside in baking dish.
2. In a another wide pot add the milk, eggs and seasonings.
3. When the milk is hot, add all of the cheese EXCEPT the Mozzerella. Stir in a figure 8 until all is melted.
4. When sauce is smooth and creamy, add to the pasta and mix.
5. Add the Mozerella cheese, stir.
6. Bake in a 350º oven for about 30 minutes.
