Boneless Chicken Breasts (6)
beaten eggs or eggbeaters (4) or 1 cup

Ritz crackers crushed in a gallon bag (approximately 1 1/2 to 2 cups)
1 teas. garlic powder
1/4 teas. Lawrys seasoning salt
2 teas. onion powder
Mix ritz with seasonings together.

Dip chicken breasts in eggs, then in ritz mixture and lay on baking pan that's been sprayed with Pam or other nonstick spray.

Place pats of butter on each piece of chicken, and bake at 375 for approximately 45 minutes, depending on size of chicken breasts.

Be careful with the salt, the ritz crackers have plenty in them which makes the chicken salty enough.
