1/2 cup melted butter or olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 Tbls fresh dill chopped
1/8 tsp red pepper
4 salmon steaks 1" thick (about 2#)

Directions:
Directions:
Placed melted butter, lemon juice, salt, pepper in bowl, mix.
Preheat broiler. Lightly grease a pan or spray with PAM.
Brush half of the butter mixture over salmon.
Broil 5 inches from heat for 5-8 minutes. Reduce heat to 400 º and bake for
another 5-8 minutes. Brush butter on top and serve.
