3 cups sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp corn syrup
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well in heavy sauce pan. Cook until reaches a soft ball stage. (about 240º). Remove from heat and place pan in cold water. Add vanilla. Let cool until bottom of pan is cool to touch. I usually beat it with a hand mixture until it thickens and finish with a spoon.
