6 LBS. Tomatoes (peeled and chopped)
2 Banana Peppers (chopped) 2 Bell Peppers (chopped)
2 Jalapenos (chopped)
3 Six Oz. Cans Tomato Paste
1/2 Cup White Vinegar
1 TBLS. Garlic Powder
1 1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 TBLS Cayenne Pepper
1 1/2 Tsp Cumin
1 1/2 TBLS Brown Sugar 1 1/2 TBLS White Sugar
2 TBLS Lime Juice
1 Each Red, White, and Yellow Onion (chopped)
1/4 Cup Cilantro
2 Cloves Garlic

Combine Ingredients, simmer until thick, process in water bath for 10 - 15 minutes with 1/4 inch headspace
