6 eggs, beaten slightly
1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 - 4 oz. can chopped jalapeno peppers
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
1 cube butter, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all above ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into 9" x 13" Pyrex baking dish.
Bake at 350' for 40 minutes. Top will be golden brown.
