6 pork chops
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can of cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (2.8oz.) can french fried onions
Vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in lightly greased skillet. Sprinkle with salt and set aside. Combine soup, milk and sour cream. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions. Spoon mixture into a 9x13 baking dish. Arrange pork chops over potatoes. Cover and bake at 350º for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
