Bottom Layer:
1 c flour
1 stick oleo (margarine), melted
2 Tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 c chopped pecans

Layer on top of base layer:
8 oz philadelphia cream cheese
large Cool Whip - save some for top
1 c powdered sugar

Butterscotch Filling: (cook and let cool)
2 eggs
1c brown sugar, packed
1/2 c granulated sugar
1/3 c flour
1 1/2 c milk
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bottom layer ingredients together and press into 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Let cool.
Mix together cream cheese, cool whip, powdered sugar. Spread this on top of base layer.
Mix together ingredients for butterscotch filling in sauce pan and cook until thickened, then let cool. Spread pudding on top of cream cheese layer. Add cool whip to top. Sprinkle some nuts on top.
Keep in refrigerator.
