Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 sticks of butter (1 1/2 cups)
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pound powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter, peanut butter and vanilla with mixer until smooth.
Add the powdered sugar and beat until light and fluffy.

If you use peanut butter of better quality than the cheap stuff (I use Jif or Skippy or store brand, whatever is on sale.) you may have to use more butter or less peanut butter. The mixture (before adding sugar) should be soft and creamy. If, after adding the sugar, the frosting is too stuff, add additional butter.
