6 - 8 Carrots, Sliced 1/8 Thick (3 Cups)
1 tbsp Packed Brown Sugar
2/3 Cup Orange Juice
1/4 tsp Salt
Dash Ground Cloves
1/3 Cup Water
1-1/2 tsp Cornstarch
1 tbsp Butter or Margarine
1/8 tsp Ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Place carrots and water in one quart casserole dish.
Cook covered until tender, about 9 - 10 minutes.
Drain well.
Stir together brown sugar and cornstarch, blend in orange juice, butter, salt, ginger and cloves.
Stir mixture into carrots.
Cook, covered, 2 minutes, stir.
Cook, uncovered 1 to 1-1/2 minutes longer.
