3 lbs Frying Chicken, Cut Up
1 - 8 oz. Bottle French or Russan Salad Dressing
1 - 10 oz. Jar Apricot Preserves
1 pkg Dried Onion Soup Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Place large size (14" - 20") Brown in Bag in 2 qt. (12x8x2") baking dish.
In bag, arrange chicken, skin side up, with meaty pieces toward edges.
Mix ingredients for topping and pour half over chicken.
Close bag with rubber band, string or 3/4" strip cut from end of bag.
Make six half-inch slits in the bag top.
Microwave 10 minutes on High.
Pour remaining sauce over chicken, rotate dish.
Microwave 10 to 12 minutes on 3/4 power or 8 to 10 minutes on high.
