1 pkg yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3/4 c warm water
1 1/2 c buttermilk, warmed to just room temperature
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 Tbsp honey
6- 6 1/4 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle yeast and sugar over warm water. Stir to combine and let stand 10 minutes. Mix buttermilk, butter, honey, and yeast mixture in bowl. Add salt and 2 c flour. Blend. Add remaining flour 1/2 cup at a time mixing after each addition until sloppy dough is formed. Knead 5 minutes adding 1 Tbsp flour at a time until smooth and satiny. Place in greased bowl and grease both sides. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Gently deflate dough and turn onto floured surface divide into 2 portions and put on greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise till double (30-45 minutes).
Brush bread with egg glaze: 1 yolk with 1 Tbsp cream or milk.
Bake for 35-45 minutes at 375.
