1 lb crawfish tails
1 can French Onion Soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes and chilies
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/3 cup fresh parsley
1 cup chopped celery
Salt and Pepper to taste
Tony's to taste
1/2 cup grated Monterey jack cheese
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except cheeses, and pour into a large greased casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350º. Uncover and sprinkle with cheeses. Return to oven and bake an additional 15 minutes.
