Poppy Seed Chicken Recipe

3 c. diced cooked chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 Tbls. poppy seeds
3 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in boiling water, cool and chop.
Mix chicken with soup, sour cream, and poppy seeds in large bowl.
Crumble 1 1/2 c. ritz on bottom of 9 x 13 casserole ( mix them with butter or plain).
Top with chicken mixture.
Sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs on top (drizzle with melted butter)
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Serve with Rice.
