3 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms
1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup or and 8 oz. package fine, herb flavored stuffing mix
1/4 cup butter, melted

Grease a 12 x 9 x 3 inch loaf pan or 2 quart casserole dish. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, mushrooms and water chestnuts; pour into bottom of pan. In a small bowl. combine soup and milk: pour over chicken mixture. In a medium bowl, combine stuffing mix, water and butter. Spoon over mixture in pan.
Bake in preheated oven, 350º F for 25 minutes.
