4 slices buttered bread
4 eggs, beaten slightly
1 cup milk
1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/4 tsp. Dry mustard
About 1 cup meat (optional) diced ham, bacon or sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Put the buttered white bread in buttered glass 9 x 13 pan. Mix beaten eggs, milk, cheese and mustard. Mix in meat of your choice if meat is desired. Put this mixture over the bread. Cover and put in refrigerator overnight.
Next day, bake at 325 degrees- 350 degrees for 1 hour.
