2 pkg. dry yeast
2 cups warm water
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
1 egg
1/4 cup soft shortening
6 1/2-7 cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put yeast, warm water, sugar, salt, and half of the flour in a bowl and beat for 2 minutes in mixer. Then add egg, shortening and the rest of the flour. Grease your muffin tin with shortening. Make quarter size balls of the dough and place 3 balls in each greased muffin tin. Once the pan is full, cover with a light towel and let rise until the size has doubled. Cook at 350º for 12-15 minutes. You might need to turn the pan half way through.
