1 serving Protein Powder of Choice
1 large Frozen Banana
1/4 cup Rolled Oats (I grind up in blender first)
1 Tbsp. Almond Butter
2-3 pitted Dates
1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tsp or more Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of sea salt

Optional toppings: chopped pecans, cinnamon stick, cinnamon sprinkle
