2 Frozen Ripe Bananas
1/3 cup frozen Cherries or Blueberries, or other (no sugar added) **
2-3 heaping Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
2 Tbsp. salted Almond Butter
1 Tbsp. flaxseed meal (optional)***
1-1/2 to 2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla or Regular Almond Milk
(you may substitute soy or coconut milk)
Stevia or Agave or Honey to taste
1/3 cup ice
Big handfull of raw spinach (optional - you won't even know it's there)

** The original recipe called for just 1 cup of frozen fruit (strawberries)
but mixed berries or whatever you like will work.

***I found this blend that I like: Spectrum Decadent Blend-Chia & Flax Seed with Coconut & Cocoa

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
If you prefer a more chocaltey shake, add more cocoa powder.
If you prefer it sweeter, add more stevia or sweetener.
Add more Almond Milk if you want it thinner.
