2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
4 very ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup apple sauce
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a medium bowl, combine four, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In a large bowl, cream together eggs and sugar. Stir in mashed bananas, vanilla, oil, apple sauce and cinnamon. Stir in flour mixture, a third at at time, until just combined. Divide batter into two 9x5 greased loaf pans. Bake for about 35 minutes.
