1/2 cup port wine
3/4 cup water
1 package strawberry gelatin
1 - 12 oz. package of frozen strawberries
2 tsp. lemon juice
6 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 - 9 inch baked pie shell
Whipped Cream
Directions:
Directions:
Heat wine and water; add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat; add strawberries and lemon juice; let strawberries thaw.
Chill until mixture thickens. Meanwhile whip cream cheese and milk together. Spread evenly over bottom of pie shell. Pour in gelatin and chill until firm.
Garnish with whipped cream.
