1 Kroger 5.3 oz original plain non-fat Greek yogurt
cinnamon to taste
ginger to taste
nutmeg to taste
dash turmeric
1 tsp honey, if desired
1/2 large banana; or small (<6") banana
1/2 c fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 c Natures Path Coconut Flax Seed Granola

In a small bowl mix yogurt, spices, honey and banana. In a glass dessert bowl or parfait dish, layer blueberries, granola and yogurt 2 times, topping with blueberries and a sprinkle of granola. Enjoy!

While on a cruise I had my first yogurt parfait as a quick breakfast before going on tour. I found it very satisfying and satiating. When home, I saw a recipe for a similar yogurt parfait in the Fiesta flyer. I added these four spices to make it an even healthier breakfast. It looks pretty, too!
