1 1/2 T. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 t. water
1/8 t. vanilla
1/8 t. kosher salt
1 c. pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, combine brown sugar, water, vanilla, and salt.
Stir to combine.
In medium-large saucepan over medium heat, toast pecans for 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
Quickly drizzle sugar mixture into pan on top of pecans.
Stir constantly for about 15 seconds until pecans are thoroughly coated with sugar mixture.
Immediately remove from heat.
Spread pecans on parchment paper to cool.
Break apart when cooled.
