1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1 t. honey
1 t. Dijon mustard
1 shallot, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 t. chopped fresh thyme
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in jar with lid except for olive oil.
Slowly add olive oil and shake to combine.
