3 lbs. steak or hamburger
1/2 lb. butter
1 can mushrooms, drained (save liquid)
2 onions, diced
1 can or 2 cups beef bouillon
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 pint sour cream
Egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak in cubes and roll in seasoned flour, brown in 1/4 lb. butter. In another sauce pan, sauté mushrooms & onions in 1/4 lb. butter. Add steak to mixture & cook 15 minutes. Add bouillon, liquid from mushrooms & vinegar. Cook slowly for at least 1 hour. Add sour cream 15 minutes before serving. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
