1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage
2/3 cup sliced yellow onion
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1 small can sliced black olives, drained
1/2 cup heavy cream
12 oz. of small dried rigatoni pasta, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and onion, drain out grease and wipe pan with paper towel. Add sausage mixture to pan, add tomatoes and basil. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes,covered. Stir in olives and cream. Cook until thoroughly heated but not boiling. Stir in cooked pasta.Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
