1/2 cup oil
1 cup flour
1-1/2 cup milk
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Blend oil and flour. Add milk and egg. Beat until smooth. Batter will be thin. Dry foods thoroughly. Coat generously with flour. Dip food into batter, letting excess drip off. Fry in deep oil.
