1 1/2 c margarine
1/4 c cocoa
1 1/2 c water
3 c sugar
3 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
3 eggs (beaten)
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c soured milk
Directions:
Directions:
Bring margarine, cocoa and water to a boil. Remove from heat. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, flour and baking soda. In a third bowl mix eggs, salt and soured milk. After boiling mix has cooled for 5 minutes, fold, don't beat, wet ingredients into sugar mix using a french whisk. Fold until smooth. Fold egg mix into the cocoa mix until glossy and smooth.
Grease baking sheet and bake at 350º for exactly 30 minutes.

Frost with Patricia's Chocolate Buttercream Frosting.
