1 can black-eyed peas, rinsed & drained
1 can french cut green beans, rinsed & drained
1 can peas, drained
1 can corn, drained
3 sticks celery, diced fine
1 bell pepper, diced fine
1 onion, diced fine


1 cup sugar
3/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt

**Heat sugar, vinegar & oil until dissolved. Let cool & add salt.
Pour over vegetable mixture. Best to refrigerate overnight.
