Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups uncooked macaroni
1 stick of butter, melted
12 oz. grated cheddar cheese
4 oz. grated mozzarella
1 cup chopped green chilies (canned or frozen)
5 cups milk
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9x13 glass pan with oil.

Layer macaroni, butter, cheese, chilies in order and then pour milk over all, add salt and pepper. Bake in 350º oven for one hour. You may need to cover loosely with foil for the last 20 minutes to prevent it from becoming too crusty.

I have done this in my crock pot, it takes about 4 hours on low, and you need to stir it once or twice later in the cooking.
