1/2 gallon water
2/3 cup Dawn or Joy dish soap
1 Tbs. glycerin (can be found at any drug store)

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and allow to set at least 24 hours to help the glycerin take effect. (Funshine Preschool recipe---2004).

ALSO: Break a glow stick and put in a big bottle of Bubbles, you have Glow In The Dark bubbles.
