4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 beaten egg
1 c flour
1 c butter
Sauce:
3 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp water
2/3 c sugar
1/2 c vinegar
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut breasts into thirds, dip in slightly beaten egg and then in flour. Fry in butter (and splash of oil), on medium heat until golden brown and crisp. Put in shallow roasting pan. Mix sauce in small pot and heat until sugar melts. Pour over chicken. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes, with lid off.
